This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Positions in the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Managerial Accountant for the Seattle District (NWS), U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), providing technical accounting expertise in support of military, civil works, revolving funds, or Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) and payroll programs.
