Job Summary
The Chief of the Strategic Engagements and Development Office leads Agency-wide Safety and Mission Assurance communications, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives. The position directs civil servants and contractor teams, manages policies and workflows, oversees development of multimedia and learning products, and advances mission-focused engagement that strengthens SMA expertise across NASA.

Sets strategic direction for the office, establishes priorities, and aligns office initiatives with NASA Safety Center and Office of Safety and Mission Assurance (OSMA) mission objectives.
