The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Administrative Officer, OSI Detachment 322, with comprehensive responsibility for personnel, comptroller, logistics, communications, security, computers, information services functions, and facilities.
Performs systems, wide area network (WAN), and computer system administration duties. Provides management oversight and supervision of all communications processes, computers, and information system programs in direct support of all detachment personnel. Serves as the OSI Detachment 322 Financial Resource Advisor. Serves as a member of host base financial working group and the Detachment Commander's spokesperson on the status and availability of unit funds.
Plans, organizes, and executes mission support activities for OSI Detachment 322. Provides general administrative support and management services in non-technical areas of concern to the Commander. Performs miscellaneous office automation and information management duties. Performs administrative review of all correspondence/documents for administration completeness and correctness.
Serves as the detachment liaison for personnel, equipment/supply control, and investigative support matters. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with 3 FIR staff, 92nd Communications Squadron, 92nd Mission Support Group (MSG), Comptroller, and Plans and Programs. Serves as the Detachment 322 Records Manager. Establishes and maintains detachment file plan (electronic and hard files).
