This position is located in the immediate Office of the Under Secretary (O/US) for Intellectual Property and Director, U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). The incumbent serves as a senior advisor and Administrative Officer, supporting the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff to lead and coordinate activities for the Office of the Under Secretary. The incumbent is responsible for managing the Office of the Under Secretary's operations, communications, and decision-making processes.
The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Presence at the Alexandria, VA campus is required for this role, as it includes on site functions that must be performed in person. Position may be eligible for situational telework in accordance with agency policy/business unit discretion. The agency currently allows for 52 hours of telework per calendar year.
