About the Position: Serves as Administrative Officer for Seattle Construction Division. Assists and advises Division management in accomplishment of administrative duties including budget formulation and execution, organizational analysis, personnel, training and property accountability. Serves as liaison to Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) on workforce management matters, and to Resource Management Office (RMO) on organization structure, budget, financial management, and manpower issues.
Reviews and either approves personnel action requests or recommends disapproval of actions which are in conflict with each current Division’s policy based on a study of the needs and the justifications furnished.
