If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for various support services within the Administrative Division. Typical work assignments will include: Supporting the administrative and technical needs of the Administrative Division in the performance of non-standard assignments. Preparing, reviewing, and distributing correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents.
Maintaining office calendars and the scheduling of meetings, conferences, and appointments for management. Developing and maintaining administrative procedures, tracking systems, and operating practices. Maintaining financial files and reports for the district. Using various software programs to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve and print a variety of documents. Distributing information, notices, and administrative guidance to staff. Providing reception coverage duties.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
