Job Summary

Joining the Secret Service, Office of Field Operations will allow you to use your expertise to provide administrative, clerical and office automation support using a variety of processes, methods and techniques for protective and investigative activities. Key Responsibilities

The selectee will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the Office of Field Operations.

Typical work assignments include: Managing a variety of administrative operations including, but not limited to financial/budget administration; billing; travel and credit card purchases; training; audit and inspections; recruitment; evidences and inventory controls; property inventory; record management; and human resources management and administrative functions; and other functions, as assigned.

Advising internal and external stakeholders on all procedural and administrative functions; provides guidance on appropriate response to actions and prepares response, if appropriate, based on own knowledge of subject matter. Reviewing and analyzing administrative policies, clarifies confusing guidelines, and makes recommendations to supervisor for changes to administrative policies and procedures for operational clarity.

Responds to administrative issues and inquiries and resolves a variety of conflicts regarding administrative policies and processes. Apply for this exciting opportunity to support the agency's protective and investigate missions.

Requirements & Education
