The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact for Directorate for all administrative support programs in support of the organization and to assist the Civil Engineer Group which is responsible for maintain the base infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Directly assists the Base Civil Engineer in the management of all administrative support program functions. Uses varied functions of multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc. Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents. Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
