There are multiple positions as an Administrative Support Assistant (OA) for various divisions at the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Intermountain Region YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, WYOMING. Government housing is not provided. Pay will vary based on grade level for which you're selected. Open to the first 100 applicants or until 09/04/2026 whichever comes first. At the full performance level (GS-07) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Plan, coordinate and execute business functions, resource allocation, and production. Knowledge of the principles and practices of budget administration and analysis; including preparing, justifying, reporting on, and executing the budget; and the relationships among program, budget, accounting, and reporting systems.
Use computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work. Express ideas and facts to individuals or groups effectively; make clear and convincing oral presentations; listen to others; facilitate an open exchange of ideas. Express facts and ideas in writing in a succinct and organized manner. Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
Salary: GS-05 $40,736 - $52957 GS-06 $45,409 - $59,031 GS-07 $50,460 - $65,599 First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate.
