The purpose of the position is to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the work performed within the organization. Such work includes functions necessary for the efficient management of an office and ranges from correspondence and information control to ordering and tracking equipment, supplies, and services. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
Incumbent receives, assesses, routes or otherwise handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other communications Performs office automation duties including: preparation of reports, tracking data, entering pertinent information into automated systems. Manages appointments and meeting schedules, serves as a point of contact. Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support work of the organization such as purchasing supplies, follow-up & tracking of expenditures and payments
