Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Education
Education can be substituted for experience as follows:Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if relatedora combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
