Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Airfield Manager, providing oversight of the Airfield Management function. Duties Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Airfield Management/Range Operations Oversees maintenance and operation of the airfield to ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
Represents the installation for all airfield management matters at various conferences, meetings, and one-on-one dealings with local officials, other DoD components, and other Federal and State organizations concerning management and use of the airfield. Critical Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
