The primary purpose of this position is to serves as an installation level Asset Management Specialist with responsibility for establishing, manipulating, organizing, and analyzing key performance indicators to make process recommendations across a wide range of Civil Engineer (CE) functional areas. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Asset Management Division program specialist for AM programs, CE processes, and Joint Base Common Output Levels (COLs). Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Base Civil Engineering objectives, programs, and projects to meet COLs and AMP/BCAMP objectives. Advancement of the AM culture/processes through communication and training with the knowledge of standard construction and contracting regulations, practices, and procedures.
Supports Flight/Division Representatives with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Ability to plan, conduct, and record site/facilities surveys, inspections, and coordinate with other disciplines.
This position is with Air Education and Training Command, Department of the Air Force.

The posted pay range is $90823 – $118072/yr.
