The Division of Enforcement (ENF), Office of Technical Services (OTS) is seeking a Supervisory IT Specialist (Assistant Director). As an Assistant Director, you will you will provide strategic IT direction, leadership, and investigative support to empower staff in achieving objectives, delivering impactful results, and advancing the Division's investigative mission.
In this role as an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for: Managing the Division of Enforcement's Technical Services Group including the Litigation Support Branch; IT Forensics Branch; and Tech Consulting and Analytical Services Branch. Supervising the delivery of critical technology services such as consulting, document scanning, data conversion, document review, audio processing, financial and phone record analysis, cybersecurity, and digital forensics.
Providing visionary leadership for technology initiatives, including implementing/ developing AI tools and shaping strategic direction across the Division of Enforcement. Establishing clear channels of communication and serving as the primary liaison between program stakeholders and investigative teams. Assuming central responsibility for accountability, outreach, and cross-divisional coordination.
Guiding program-level operations by integrating budgets and managing resources to optimize team effectiveness. Leading efforts to provide technical support for investigative work, including litigation and advanced eDiscovery services.
