The Assistant Program Manager Supervisor is a Registered Nurse and is organizationally aligned under the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP) Program Manager within the Mental Health Service Line.
The Assistant MHRRTP Program Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and the daily operations of the MHRRTP, developing policies and procedures for program operations, and preparing reports and statistics for facility, VISN and national use.
Major duties include, but are not limited to: The Assistant Program Manager Supervisor may be responsible for the program's budget, developing and monitoring staff compliance with practice, standards and guidelines on documentation, workload, data entry, ethical practice and service delivery.
Assumes supervisory and administrative responsibility for the management of the assigned mid-level supervisors and other designated staff who function within the various treatment programs of the MHRRTP. Assists in overseeing program operations and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, gathering relevant data, assessing data, developing and implementing ideas for improvement and evaluating efficacy of improvement efforts.
Delivers fundamental knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical skills. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care within the program focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Follows procedures per established policies and guidelines.
Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team.

The posted pay range is $70525 – $128581/yr.
