Job Summary
About the position: Serves as an Attorney-Adviser (Labor) in the DHA Office of General Counsel. This position is located in Falls Church, Virginia. This is a GS-13 full performance level GS-14 position. Management may choose to fill the position at either the GS-13 or GS-14 level. This position is in the Excepted Service and does not confer competitive status.
Key Responsibilities
Advises leadership on civilian personnel, labor relations, and equal employment law issues, including matters arising from civil service system, employment discrimination and a variety of other labor issues.
Requirements & Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
