The incumbent serves as an attorney in legal areas that may include the Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, Federal Tort Claims Act, fiscal law, procurement, federal financial assistance, homeland security, governmentwide confidentiality laws, and federal advisory committees. Key Responsibilities
