Serves as the primary action officer for all routine banking transactions and associated communications; the maintenance of bank account signature card system; and all aspects of deposit ticket, check stock orders, including monitoring status and assuring payment. Investigates customer service questions and problems. Investigates and resolves problems and inquiries about delinquencies associated with various collection programs. Acts as liaison for, and once trained, COR for the central debt collection contract. Prepares Statement of Work and is primary action officer for procurement of comprehensive Commercial debt collection services for entire Army NAF. Accesses and maintains transaction information files, processing reports, and the distribution of information to clients. Reviews and or prepares all routine correspondence with delinquent persons. Performs extensive interaction with accounting officers, employees of contract banks, field NAF fund managers, and individuals with delinquent accounts. Assists in adding new users in the ABIF Treasury Workstation. Assists in creating funds transfer models. Assists with transactions assignment rules. Assists with Merchant accounts strictly related to new TDs establishment or changes to current TDs, and any funding issues/file issues. May perform other duties as assigned.
