The incumbent will be responsible for performing a variety of billing and collection duties, and providing customer service to internal and external customers.
Performs computations, calculate billings, and analyze billing documents for accuracy. Computes and enter data adjustments to employee Federal, State, Local, and Social Security Taxes based on billing, end of tax year, and employee repayment of debt. Calculates, prepare, validate, and transmit reports of billing and collection activity to clients and prepare and transmit bill transfer packages for employees who separate or retire.
Performs initial basic research to aid analysis of transactions to determine cause of erroneous billing.
