Job Summary

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the This position is located Bowling Center, RAF Lakenheath This position requires shift work to provide coverage on days, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. This position is only open to applicants within the "Area of Consideration". Must be in the UK on PCS orders (military or civilian) or you must have a current UK work Visa.

Key Responsibilities

Monitors operations of a bowling center or assigned area, normally during absence of the facility operations supervisor and normally at night or on weekends. In the absence of the operations supervisor, may be responsible to supervise, lead, oversee, and/or coordinate the daily activities of other employees. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of cash drawers and daily reconciliations. May be a backup for SETS timekeeping.

Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift. Responsible for all marketing and publicity to include the development of new programs and events. May be required to schedule and administer these activities in the capacity of league secretary or tournament director. Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility, and that bowling center rules, regulations and established procedures are followed.

Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems. Provides training for lane operations employees. Opens and closes facility as required.
