This position is located in the Organizational Development & Portfolio Support (TOIT), Internal Operations Management Office (TOI), Transmission System Operations (TO), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). A successful candidate in the Business Analyst position will serve as a Business Analyst performing project management and business analysis that involves developing and managing a project portfolio and supporting business and IT projects.
As a Business Analyst, you will: Develop plans for project accomplishment. Perform work to facilitate successfully bringing projects on-line, including integration with existing hardware and software systems. Partner with project and program managers to document changes in project scope, cost, and schedule affecting project and budget execution.
Conduct detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes of broad technical programs Ensure that projects realize their intended business benefits through performance metrics and business baseline and target metrics.
