Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Child Development support assistant, assisting in the day-to-day clerical operations of the Child Development Center (CDC). The position develops, implements, and administers clerical aspects of the CDC that aid in providing an overall safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Performs clerical and administrative support of the office/organization. Prepares a wide variety of internal/external correspondence and reports. Uses multiple office automation software programs with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents. Maintains front desk registry sheets and refers visitors appropriately.
