Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to perform clerical duties and carry out the daily operations of the front desk of the Child Development Center, School Age Program, Youth Center, Teen Center, special events, part-day/full-day programs, and summer programs.

Key Responsibilities

Performs the administrative, clerical and building custodian duties of the Child Development Center.Assist in the Youth Center Programs. Receives/makes telephone calls and greets visitors Administers records, forms, supplies and daily financial reports. Uses varied functions of multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
