Job Summary
Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to provide a wide variety of specialized clerical and administrative support for the Dover School Age Program.
Key Responsibilities
Cordially greets parents, children and visitors upon entering the Youth Center. Enrolls new children assisting parents with the completion of Air Force Forms 1181, USDA, waiting list, and any other form necessary for program enrollment. Contacts parents when a child becomes ill or is injured. Responsible for the accuracy of daily cashier reports, USDA records, reimbursement reports, deposits and all financial reports.
Using mechanized or other prescribed system, updates and maintains required records.
Requirements & Education
