Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to perform clerical duties and carry out the daily operations of the front desk of the Child Development Center, School Age Program, Youth Center, Teen Center, special events, part-day/full-day programs, and summer programs.
Key Responsibilities
Performs clerical and administrative support of the office/organization. Assist in the Youth Center Programs. Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents. Demonstrates proper work procedures, promoting teamwork and serving as an intermediary between the Director and front desk staff, while receiving telephone calls, greeting children, parents and visitors.
