Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Child & Youth Programs, School Age Program, Teen Activities, and Sports programs required by the organization.
The position develops, implements and administers clerical aspects of the Child and Youth Programs that aids in providing an overall safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
Performs and oversees the clerical and administrative duties of the Child and Youth Programs Monitors and manages the reception desk Assists with the programs' daily financial collection procedures, reporting requirements and deposits. Maintains and manages the programs wait list.
