Clinical Analyst RN executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approach to clinical analysis. Applying knowledge of data, information, processes, organizational interactions & analytical expertise, as well as systems, networks, and information exchange capabilities to manage programs.
They provide local or regional-level leadership in the development, definitions, governance, and analysis of data to support nursing evaluation and quality endeavors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the oversight of data collection and analysis, establishing effective clinical and administrative systems, designing useful decision support systems, managing, and delivering educational experiences, enhancing lifelong learning, and supporting healthcare evaluation. Provides leadership in designated projects and cross-coverage with other professionals in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The Clinical Analyst will foster leadership and professionalism by building, supporting, and creating alignments for data management best practices, and lead analytic initiatives, and innovation through collaboration and stakeholder engagement throughout the enterprise. Program responsibilities include program development, project implementation, logistics, ongoing monitoring and analytics, communication, collaboration, and education.
