Job Summary

The primary Purpose: To manage all aspects of information systems to include acquisition, support, training, and installations for the Civil Engineer Squadron. Act as the focal point for sustaining the 21 CES legacy Automated Information Systems (AIS) and lead the unit's transformation to the next generation AIS.
Key Responsibilities
Administers all CES information systems. Monitors ongoing operation of network systems to ensure hardware and software are functioning properly and operational standards are met. Manages life cycle of computer systems and software for CES. Provides ongoing technical support to customers to ensure proper functional use of equipment and programs and to preclude undue interruptions to Information Technology (IT) services. Manages the CES information systems security program.
Information Assurance Manager (IAM) for installation Industrial Control System (ICS). Responsible for ensuring that systems are certified and accredited in accordance with DoW and AF/SF IA directives and instructions.
