Job Summary

About the Position: This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Institute for Water Resources (IWR), Hydrologic Engineering Center. This position will be filled on a permanent basis. Position is being filled at the GS-07, GS-09, GS-11, GS-12 or target GS-13 grade level. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Direct Hire Authority, 5 U.S.C. 9905 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Key Responsibilities

Develops, tests, and maintains Army-wide hydrologic engineering software applications for the analysis and simulation of hydrologic systems.
