You will serve as a Concessions Management Assistant with the National Park Service at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (GLCA) and Rainbow Bridge National Monument (RABR). You may be required to work on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and shift work.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Serves as branch and/or division receptionist; processes incoming and outgoing email; manages calendars and makes arrangements for staff meetings and events. Serves as principle contact for general concessions information in the concessions office, providing information such as reporting formats and deadlines.
Disseminates relevant policy and procedural information to commercial service providers and park personnel as directed by the supervisor or other senior employee. Assists others or conducts evaluations to ensure compliance with contracts and Commercial Use Authorizations (CUA). Issues CUAs Drafts documents and manages spreadsheets; utilizes Microsoft software and other computer programs to complete tasks described above.

The posted pay range is $45409 – $59031/yr.
