Job Summary
About the Position: This position is in Southern California Area Office, Vandenberg AFB Resident Office located at Vandenberg AFB, Santa Barbara, California. Serves as Senior Construction Control Representative and Contracting Officers Representative(COR) for job site construction control of contract work for assigned military construction, civil works,or Work for Others (WFO) construction programs.
Recruitment or Relocation incentives may be authorized if found in the best interest of the Govt.
Key Responsibilities
Keeps up to date on all policy changes or updatesto the EM-385-1-1, RMS 3.0 and other Engineering Regulations associated with construction andquality assurance.
Requirements & Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
