Serving as a Contract Compliance Specialist GS-1101-7/9/11 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. This position is located in the Office of the Associate Director for Training Ops (TOPS) Core Training Operations Directorate (TOPS/CTO) Office of Artesia Operations (TOPS/CTO/OAO) Artesia Administration Diviison (CTO/OAO/AAD).
The primary purpose of this position is plan and exercise management control and providing administration and quality assurance functions of assigned on-going service contracts. Typical duties include: Maintains liaison with partnering organizations, staff, other government agencies and industry as required to identify existing and incipient support requirements, problems on assigned contracts.
Reviews and certifications of all service contractor invoices, completing budgetary breakdown before forwarding them to the Contracting Officer. Prepares contract discrepancy and deficiency breakdown reports and documents. Investigate customer complaints and determine appropriate courses of action and resolutions.
