This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as team lead and Contracting Officer providing advice, guidance and expertise to Seattle District Chief of Contracting.

Advise the District Chief of Contracting on the personnel resources to be devoted to particular programs (e.g., Commercial Activities), or to individual functions (e.g., contracting or contract administration).
