About the Position: You will serve as a Contract Specialist responsible for pre-award and post-award functions, including price/cost analysis, negotiation and administration of requirements-type contracts for the development of processes and programs involving the full range of contract documents in support of the District's secure environment contracting mission.
At the full-performance grade level, you will execute a broad range of pre-award and post-award contracting functions to include valuable acquisition planning, negotiation, and contract administration
