Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Leads five cooks in planning and coordinating all kitchen production in order to produce appropriate quantity of food required for daily operations. - Prepares and cooks items requiring little or no processing. - Weighs, measures, and assembles ingredients. Determines quantities of ingredients for required yields. - Maintains accurate food inventories.
Uses, maintains, and cleans tools and equipment such as grills, food processors, slicing machines, toasters, mixers, and pressure cookers for accomplishment of well-defined, basic tasks. - Utilizes health, safety, and sanitation practices, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
