This position is located in the Housekeeping Department of the Jicarilla Service Unit in Dulce, New Mexico. The incumbent is responsible for a full range of housekeeping duties. Housekeeping functions are within the main building as well as the exterior building on the campus. The incumbent reports to the Supervisory General Supply Specialist. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Total Compensation Package - Check out IHS's outstanding total compensation package for this job: Custodian/Housekeeping Total Compensation Clean and disinfect assigned offices, corridors, patient care areas, dormitories, restrooms, and storage rooms in accordance with established standards and guidelines. Maintain floors, furniture, fixtures, windows, walls, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, empty wastebaskets, and collect and deliver linen. Report maintenance issues to the supervisor or designated personnel. Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, perform minor equipment maintenance, and use ladders or scaffolds when required.
