Serves as a customer service representative for Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR), Community Recreation Division location on NSA Panama City, FL. Position is located within MWR Marina and Recreational Lodging Departments where incumbent provides direct customer service to patrons.

Assist in the maintenance of pertinent records and logs, relating to the customer service transactions. Performs other duties as assigned.
