Job Summary

This Part-Time position is located at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Eligible applicants applying by 23 September may be sent first for consideration.

Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Key Responsibilities

Incumbent performs duties under the verbal and written direction of the facility director. Assistance and guidance is normally available at all times. Work is reviewed in terms of results achieved IAW standards and procedures.

Requirements & Education

Proof of education is required at the time of application. Note: Education must be directly related to the position to be filled. General Education courses do not count toward the credit total. Please provide relevant transcripts to support your eligibility for the position. Note: Education must be directly related to the position to be filled (general psychology/sociology courses are not qualifying).

To be considered, transcripts must be in English, must be legible, and must reflect the name of the school as well as the name of the applicant.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
