Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Data Scientist, you will: Consult and collaborate with statistical, data science, artificial intelligence, and public health professionals in the collection, linkage, processing, mining, coding, classification, and analysis of public health surveillance, research, and administrative health data. Assist in monitoring data quality issues related to user data products.
Collaborate with Informatics and IT professionals to develop automated systems and tools to process, clean, and verify data integrity. Consult and collaborate with statistical, data science, artificial intelligence, and public health professionals on analytic projects and research initiatives.
Requirements & Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
