Total Compensation Package - Check out IHS's outstanding total compensation package for this job: Assesses nutritional status and plans appropriate nutrition therapy for a variety of disease states and for the prevention of disease. Will develop, implement, and monitor the nutritional care plan based on physician diet prescription and the dietitian's nutritional assessment of the patients and age specific intent.
Provide nutritional education to individuals and families so patients can achieve defined outcomes. Documents significant changes in patient's nutritional status. Contribute to long-range plans and objectives concerning nutrition and dietetic services that are needed by the ambulatory patients and their families.
