About the position: This position is Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 773d FSS Marketing Department on JBER, AK. Regular Full-Time employees have a regular and continuous work schedule of at least 35 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

The primary function of this position is to design, develop, and maintain digital marketing assets, including websites, social media platforms, email/text campaigns, and other digital marketing programs for the 773d Force Support Squadron (773 FSS). Works under the direction of the Marketing Director to plan, construct, deploy, and maintain the 773 FSS website and social media presence.
Serves as the primary digital content administrator, ensuring content is current, accurate, and functional. Updates, adds, deletes, and backs up content based on approved input from the Marketing Office. Writes, edits, and designs content for digital publishing. Designs and develops interactive multimedia, site animation, graphics, and video elements consistent with 773 FSS branding.
Creates and distributes a variety of marketing materials across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Uses a variety of web, social media, multimedia, and graphics platforms, including the Adobe Creative Suite. Continuously explores and optimizes communication methods to engage with customers and maximize the squadron's branding and service exposure; identifies relevant industry trends and applies them to operations.
Assists the Marketing Director in developing communication strategies to reach target markets. Creates and administers interactive online forms, tracks user analytics (SEO, engagement statistics), and aggregates data for each platform. Must be flexible to attend 773 FSS events and functions (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) to provide media coverage, photography, and live streaming. Performs other related duties as assigned.
