This position is located in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). OGC's provides full-service legal support for all requirements driven by MCC's mission. The selectee will direct the development and continuing implementation of the MCC Fraud and Corruption Policy. Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-15, MCC uses a pay-band system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 3A which is generally equal to GS-15.
Directs the development and continuing implementation of the MCC Fraud and Corruption Policy Directs MCC Fraud and Corruption (F&C) Allegation Intake Process Chairs MCC Anti-fraud and Corruption team meetings Processes fraud and corruption allegations and coordinates with OIG on allegation processing Provides training on all aspects of MCC's Anti-fraud and Corruption (AFC) Program to internal and external audiences Directs AFC Prevention and Remediation Process with Millennium Challenge Accounts (MCAs) Monitors follow-up regarding implementation and updating of MCA Action Plans Guides development of anti-fraud and corruption risk assessments and MCA Action Plans (including field studies as necessary and appropriate) Documents best practices and other technical reports, based on analysis of MCA AFC risk assessment matrices Reviews MCC's Standard Bidding Documents, Cost Principles, and Program Procurement Guidelines to ensure they reflect current good practice Conducts reviews of particularly critical and risky procurements Contributes to the development, update and revision of guidance documents, operational procedures, performance standards, and other AFC-related priorities. Performs related duties as assigned.
