About the Position: Serves as a Technical Economic Specialist responsible for the initiation, formulation, planning, execution, and control of economic and financial activities for Civil Works projects for flood control, navigation, beach erosion, ecosystem restoration, recreation, and water supply. Sits on District Technical Review Team conducting reviews of Planning reports and is responsible for adherence to Economic and Environmental Principles and Guidelines for Water Resources Studies.
Provide advice and assistance to staff regarding preparation of reports relative to the planning and development of civil works studies.
