Key Responsibilities

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is: To function as the installation's testing program manager and educational advisor. Responsible for oversight and administration of the Air Force Military Personnel Testing System (AFMPTS) and Voluntary Education Testing Program. Provides educational and vocational advisement incorporating testing requirements and establishing career plans and goals.

DUTIES: Counsels military personnel, dependents, and eligible civilian personnel on military and academic testing programs and provides advisement on career development and voluntary education programs Manages and administers the installation level testing programs, which include all military tests (WAPS, CDC, EDPT, TBAS, AFRAT, HAZMAT, etc.), Manages the Foreign Language Proficiency Pay & Bonus (FLPP/FLPB) programs Administers military personnel tests for mission-specific requirements related to procurement, aptitude, promotion, proficiency, and qualification standards.

Performs a variety of administrative support duties for the Education & Training Section.
