Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT REPAIR LEADER, WL-2854-11 is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and labor work on a substantially full time and continuing basis.
Leader is responsible to both perform the work assigned by a supervisor and ensures that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of trades and/or labor workers. Perform nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led. Overhaul, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and verify parts, subassembly or component failure of electrical items and equipment. Use a wide variety of test equipment while performing repair and overhaul tasks. Ensure supervisor instruction on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been meet.
