Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and mass notification systems, central monitoring control systems (Monaco D-21), and associated electric/electronic devices and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plans and lays out work from electrical and electronic block diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical orders. - Performs a full-range of duties pertinent to the deployment, maintenance, and modification of the Fire Alarm Control Panels, Fire Detection Devices, Central Monitoring Control Systems (Monaco D-21), Mass Notification Systems and their associated electric/electronic devices and components.
- Uses and maintains various types of equipment, computerized or otherwise, hand and/or power tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, soldering irons, cable pullers, hydraulic benders, and pipe threading machines. - Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
