The primary purpose of this position is to provide programming and base development technical engineering support performing the more difficult and complex tasks for new construction, renovations, and improvement projects of real property facilities including utility systems at Cannon AFB, NM. Evaluates and recommends for approval clients' requests for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities including utility systems. Coordinates projects with engineers in a variety of disciplines and/or with architects. Works with organizational managers, budget personnel, and engineering/architectural authorities to develop and gain approval for proposed facility programs/projects.
