Job Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a developmental position with the full performance level at GS-11.
Incumbent will be performing journeyman level work in contract administration support; office engineering support; and in performing installation, maintenance, operation, and testing duties.

Resolves a variety of non-standard surveys, construction, and design problems.
