This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO - Treasury Operations. As a/an Enterprise Asset Management Specialist, your primary purpose of this position is to provide mid-level program oversight and operational leadership for the Departmental Offices' and Bureau Personal Property and Fleet management functions within the Logistical Support Branch.
The following are duties of this position at the GS-13. If you are selected at a lower grade level (GS-12), you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position. Provide mid-level program oversight and operational leadership for the Departmental Offices' and Bureau Personal Property and Fleet management functions within the Logistical Support Branch. Serves as an enterprise-wide asset/property manager responsible for implementing portfolio management practices; maintaining enterprise asset data and systems, ensuring visibility and accountability; analyzing lifecycle costs, utilization, and risk; coordinating across Treasury bureaus; overseeing the mover contract, and recommending actions that improve stewardship, compliance, and value for money. Provide enterprise-wide fleet management responsibilities, provide administrative support to the Bureau Fleet Managers, as well as provide direct oversight and management of DO's vehicle fleet. Ensures regulatory compliance, optimizes workload planning and resource utilization, and serves as a key continuity role by performing or directing hands-on property and warehouse operations during staff absences or mission-critical surges.
