The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Facilities Services Assistant in support of the modification, operations support, maintenance, and repair of Air Force Real Property and capital support equipment for NASIC occupied buildings.
DUTY 1 - Processes, coordinates, and tracks work requests for facility maintenance, repair, and minor construction to ensure proper validation, prioritization, and execution. DUTY 2 - Develops, maintains, and monitors comprehensive computerized work schedules using specialized software applications to optimize resource utilization and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities. DUTY 3 - Incumbent will represent A4C customer service as member of the Distinguished Visitor (DV) and conference support team. DUTY 4 - Accompany & monitor visitor personnel in accordance with established guidelines. This includes both the collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) areas.
